Ruggero Huesler, CFA CMC is a managing principal and founder of Aldebaran Consulting & Advisory SA, a niche management consulting firm headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Huesler has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting as a consultant, case leader and finally associate partner with IBM Business Consulting Services, TC Team Consult SA and Aldebaran Consulting & Advisory SA where he has been focusing on M&A advisory, business valuations, strategic audits, structuring, planning and executing corporate transformation projects, defining corporate performance metrics, carrying out due diligence engagements and developing business / IT strategic alignment plans across geographies.
Mr. Huesler holds a dipl. ing. degree (M. Sc. equivalent) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne and a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Mr. Huesler is also a CFA charterholder and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Mr. Huesler is a member of the CFAInstitute, the IEEE and the CNS (Consulting Network Switzerland).
Mr. Huesler currently serves as secretary of the Board of
ICMCI (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes) and as chairman of the board of
CNS (Consulting Network Switzerland).
Mr. Huesler, a citizen of Switzerland and Italy, is fluent in Italian, French, English and German and conversant in Spanish and Indonesian.
