- Consultants
- Managers
Common Traits:
They all share common traits, typically:
- Excellent academic background (first degree, + MBA or professional certification)
- Multilingual - 3 languages are an absolute minimum
- Intellectually curious, with a willingness to look beyond the obvious
- Creative
- Hard workers,
- Willing to travel
Specific Experience Requirements:
Business Associates - are independent consulting professionals with a specific sector / functional expertise and are set-up as such. Their engagement is related to specific projects, on a project by project basis. We provide extensive feedback on their work and, if they are interested, further development opportunities.
Consultants - are recognised consulting professionals with a first successful experience as consultants
Managers - are recognised consulting professionals with a first successful experience as case leaders
