Ruggero Huesler, CFA is a managing principal and founder of Aldebaran Consulting & Advisory, a niche management consulting firm headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Huesler has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting as a consultant, case leader and finally associate partner with IBM Business Consulting Services, where he focused on structuring and planning corporate transformation projects, defining corporate performance metrics, carrying out due diligence engagements and developing business / IT strategic alignment plans, in Switzerland, Italy and Turkey.
Mr. Huesler holds a dipl. ing. degree (M. Sc. equivalent) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne and a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Mr. Huesler is also a CFA charterholder. Mr. Huesler is a member of the CFAInstitute, the IEEE and the ASCO (Association of Management Consultants Switzerland).
Mr. Huesler, a citizen of Switzerland and Italy, is fluent in Italian, French, English and German.
